what's stored
If you subscribe to git pull adam: your email address, when you signed up, when the confirmation email was sent, when you confirmed, when you unsubscribed (if you do), and which issues were sent to you and when. No name. Open and click tracking are turned off for these emails.
spam protection
The signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check you're a human. To do that, Cloudflare processes technical data like your IP address and browser details. It isn't stored by me.
why
Only to send you the newsletter you asked for. Your email is never sold or shared for marketing.
who processes it
Cloudflare (hosting and the database your email is stored in) and Resend (the service that delivers the emails). Both process data only to provide those services.
how long
Until you unsubscribe. After that your address is deleted within 30 days. Unconfirmed signups are deleted after 30 days.
analytics
This site may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It's cookieless and doesn't track you across sites. No cookies are set for tracking.
your rights
You can unsubscribe with one click from any email. You can also ask me to show you, correct, or delete your data: just email adamkoskar12@gmail.com and I'll do it. You can also complain to the Slovak data protection authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).
